Why Choose Olson Family Dental?
With all the options available in Springfield, you may be asking why you should choose Olson Family Dental as your Springfield family dentist. First, at Olson Family Dental, we value your time as much as you do, which is why we employ a block scheduling technique that sets time aside for each individual patient and prevents double booking. This means that your appointment will always start on time and you will spend less time waiting to see the dentist. Second, our smaller office means that you see the same dentist and staff every visit and get consistent friendly dental care each visit. This combination provides a dental office that has a unique, patient-focused, individual one-on-one dental care experience. If you’re tired of being rushed through your dental office like cattle then our office is the right fit for you.
Scheduling & Missed Appointments
Olson Family Dental employs a block scheduling system that sets aside time blocks for each patient's appointment. This helps ensure each patient's appointment starts right on time. It also provides extra quality one-on-one time with the dentist that isn't found at other offices. Appointment times are available as early as 8:00 am till as late as 4:00 pm. Due to the block scheduling system, appointments are required.
Our block scheduling practices allow us to provide you with excellent, quality time and service each and every visit. We are only able to provide this service when both the patient and doctor honor scheduled appointment times. Therefore a 48 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. This helps ensure we can continue offering quality appointments to our patients.
Our office is conveniently located in Springfield on west Battlefield road, between Campbell and Fort avenue. Across from the Essex apartment complex. We have a spacious parking lot and handicap accessibility.
