Financing Options
At Olson Family Dental we have several financing options to help you get to the smile you’ve always wanted. We conveniently accept cash, check, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa. We file with most major insurance providers. Our financial and insurance coordinator has over 10 years of experience working with insurance providers to help ensure you are getting the maximum insurance benefits from your provider. We also currently provide in-network coverage for Delta Dental insurance plans. Our office also accepts CareCredit, a finance plan that specifically covers health care costs. You can apply for CareCredit directly at our office during your appointment or online at www.carecredit.com. CareCredit can also be used for other medical expenses like veterinary, optical, cosmetic, and other healthcare related needs.

Scheduling & Missed Appointments
Olson Family Dental employs a block scheduling system that sets aside time blocks for each patient's appointment. This helps ensure each patient's appointment starts right on time. It also provides extra quality one-on-one time with the dentist that isn't found at other offices. Appointment times are available as early as 8:00 am till as late as 4:00 pm. Due to the block scheduling system, appointments are required.
Our block scheduling practices allow us to provide you with excellent, quality time and service each and every visit. We are only able to provide this service when both the patient and doctor honor scheduled appointment times. Therefore a 48 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. This helps ensure we can continue offering quality appointments to our patients.
Office Location
Our office is conveniently located in Springfield on west Battlefield road, between Campbell and Fort avenue. Across from the Essex apartment complex. We have a spacious parking lot and handicap accessibility.
