Dr. Olson's team provided great pre-appointment communication as well as post procedure follow-up. Dr. Olson also provided great communication before, during, and after each procedure was completed. His billing department was also very reliable. Post insurance coverage billing estimates were always within reasonable ranges, and communication of the billing process was very open and thorough.
